Internet Explorer 8 cannot display

Hello,
My internet won't display any webpages.It's Internet Explorer 8 and I installed it but didn't display I used have IE7 but was expired and theres nothing to solve this problem. So I really need help.

Dear Michelle,

Please try using another browser such as Mozilla Firefox or Opera to confirm

that the problem is really from the browser and not from some connection

issues.

I use all three browser, IE8, Chrome, Firefox and those two work just fine. When I use IE* (Vista 32bit) I press F5 to refresh and it will bring up the url.

So now what?
