Hello,
my dell 490 wont load to windows. after it gets past the dell screen it'll stop at

"controller bus#00, device#1f, function#02: 05 ports, 02 devices

hi there,

go to bios setup and

reset the settings to factory default

save and exit setting ,then reboot
