hello,
i have planned to buy a core2 duo intel 2.9 ghz processor, i have to know wheather it is a 64 bit processor and whether it will support DDR3 1 gb ram and simultaneously 4gbDDR3 ram to its maximum usage of 1gb in graphic card and 4 gb in ram.. many had problems in using their ram and card to use to its maximum level?

you want a i7 processor for best performance with DDR3 memory and 64 bit processing.
While a Core @ Duo is a 64 bit processor it uses the motherboard for memory access. It's the motherboard that must be DDR3 capable.

Good Luck with you new computer
