From iPod to iTunes

Hello,
I recently got a new computer, and I already downloaded iTunes but I don't know how to put all my music / video's/ photo's on iTunes from my iPod touch?
There are some forums about this but they're for windows vista and windows xp, but i have windows 7 (the newest) so if u know how to do this, please help me! thnanks!!
btw. i dont want to download things cause there may be virusses in there and I don't want that on my new computer.
