Some system restore programs save the old files in a folder called OldWindows. I suggest you first search for such a file.
If not, You can use some of the commercial file restore programs to restore your lost files.
But, load any of these programs on your computer could destroy the files you want to recover. The only sure way is to remove the Hard drive and try to do the restore on another computer.
