Hello,
i want to make a vb program which contains textbox ,label , command button.
when u enter some text in text box & click command button the computer is searched for all the files &
folders containig that string in their name. then it displays the files with that word in the label.


if possible i also want that the names of files displayed in label control act as a link to the folder containing the file.

that is i want to create a vb program that searches the computer as windows search engine.

you want explanations on how to do that or you want someone to do that for you? i cant understand your question well...
