Laptop won't work Closed

Question

Hello,
My laptop (acer 1) keeps going to a screen where it says start windows normally / last know good settings/ safe mode / safe mode with networking but hcjever ine I pick it goes to a blue screen then gœs off I want to fix this by restoring my computer somehow but idk how any help?

Hi there!, try resetting it. Here is how:

1st step
1 Unplug both battery & adapter from laptop
2 Press and hold power button for 30-60 secs
3 Power up and power on

2nd step
Remove the memory ram from laptop for couple of mins then insert back on and then power on
DON`T 4GET TO REMOVE BATTERY AND ADAPTER FROM LAPTOP B4 OPENING
