Locating email server name and port

Hello,


I am trying to link my Wisconsin roadrunner email to my new google email. During the set up process, it asks for the server name and the port number for the Wisc. roadrunner email so that I can get the emails in gmail. How do I find the server name and the port number for Wisc roadrunner email?
