I am having a horrible time with this virus!!! When you start the computer it will only go to some 'control center' antivirus software update...which will not let you close the pop ups. There is no address bar...no icons, no start menu, and task manager is disabled. I have tried to start the computer in safe mode however...each attempt leads me to the blue screen of death.
I have opened up the casings and taken the battery out of the motherboard to see if i can reset the start up but this mission has failed as well.
I could fix this if I could get into the task manager...or C drive however I have no idea of what to try next. Does anyone have any ideas??//
