How exit from Power saver Mode

Hello,
I have an old system of Dell Optiplex +Winxp sp3 and Dell LCD Monitor with iBall MM Keyboard and Mouse(P3, 512 PC100 SDRAM).\r\nWhenever, I have removed the connections of KeyBoard and Mouse with CPU then recconect with CPU that time dell monitor "Entering Power Saver Mode, Pl. Press Power on Key or Move the Mouse".
Tell Me what can I do to start my

computer again?
