Toshiba Start up Services

Hello,

My Toshiba Laptop was running slow, so I decided to go into msconfig and disable all the start up services!!!
I then selected the selective start up and disabled all the unecessary start up service like itunes help, adobe updater, etc..

I then swtiched it back to normal start up, but my desctop looks different and my help and support won't open (error says service is disbaled) How can I enable that service?

Also, my wireless networks are nowhere to be found and I cannot cannect to the internet!

I guess I knew just enough about computers to be dangerous!!

Please HELP!!!!
