Some keys don't work, backspace don't either

Hello,
I have a dell inspiron 1520. For few months now my keyboard has failed on me, some keys work and others don't. Most specifically my backspace don't work and most option keys don't work either. Can you please assist me in this?

Dear Necey,

This is a hardware problem that is enough complicated. Firstly try to remove all

dust from the keyboard and if it won't work at all still, you will have to get another

keyboard. For the time being, you could get using the OSK until you get another

one.

bah my n and m keys stopped working and i tried another keybored that wasnt built in it didnt type
