Hello,
My daughter has a Dell Inspiron. Currently the computer appears to be frozen. If we shut it down it will start up and bring her to log in. After she logs in the computer freezes on a complete red screen. Any suggestions? We have tried to reboot several times but we are completely frozen. The only thing we can do is to shut down and repower. Please help
