Hello,

I am trying to restore my computer to the factory setttings. I have done this once when my computer crashed completely. This time my computer is still running so I am trying to figure out how to do it. Everything I have read says I need to press F8 during the computer start up. I press and hold it (before the windows logo comes up) and it doesn't seem to do anything, the computer continues starting normally.

While it is starting it says I can press F2 to go to setup or F12 to go to the MultiBoot screen but none of those have the Advanced Boot menu or give me any sort of system or PC restore options.

Any help anyone could give me on this would be very helpful. Is there even other way to access PC restore?

Thanks
