How to choose a dual monitor video card? Closed

Question

I was just given a second monitor (an old tank of a big monster flat screen, so indestructible that it works even after falling out of the door of my friends SUV!).  The main monitor is a middle-of-the-road flat panel screen).  What are the issues I should consider for buying the video card for them?
