One Dvd not Reading

Hello,
Sir, I am happy with my DVD Drive I am using HP Compaq laptop my dvd drive is samsung. My problem is One disk is not being read. disk is in good condition and it is being played in DVD Player but not in desktop DVD Drive is LG and laptop I used DVD Ghost softwae but no use If i open the DVD drive not showing any thing just as blank disc. Pls help me what to do that disc is not a master disc it was precopied one but why it is not being read by my laptop and desktop.

hi there,

the disk may be encrypted

and cannot be opened in computer drives

recheck it on other pc except yours
