Problem after downloading apple application

Hello,
When i download apple aaplication in my iphone,it has been downloaded successfully.
but after that my phonr is found unreachble when sombody call me on my phone.
so kindly give me solution for that.

you may have diverted all your calls to other num

please check in call settings
