My winxp is nt loding

Hello,i notice a virus on my systeam so i dicided to format it and re-instal my xp to my suprise it only format it does nt load any operatin systeam and i try to change the hard disk is still doing the samething what should i do

You will have to install the OS once more when you have

formatted your PC.
