There could be a corrupted file on the pen. You will have to look
for the corrupted file manually and hence have the matter solved.
Please format the pen if you are unable to find the corrupted file.

I would rather recommend you to go in your device manager and to delete the driver of your pen, restart your pc and then plug it in again and let windows do the rest.
