Shared folder between two location

Hello,
I need to share a folder between two companies, one in france and second in germany, am connecting both with a leased line. Please whats the proper way to do that.
For your info am using winserver2003.

Dear Sir,

You can actually send it attached to a mail. This might be a solution

to the problem that you are facing. Still you can use an IM application

to send the file through it.
