Blank Screen

When i am opening the san andreas game it is only showing a blank screen...
Before that i downloaded a mod and paste by replacing the main.scm and american file in text.After this it happened.
By this i deleted game instead of uninstalling
When i try to install it is showing some file in C:/Windows/System32/Mcdvrt.dll Then acces will be deined
Can anyone help me?I cant delete the file too...

hi there,

the white screen is for the graphic card

you need to upgrade to be able to play the game

you do not have the requirements for the game

you must have administrative privilege to do this
