sound not play on browserClosed

Question

Hello,
i have a problem with my
audio device , 
i means my s/m sounds are work properly,
vlc, media player............etc, play sound.
but internet browser doesn't play any sound not even you tube, papuyar,,
but skype, Ymsngr .. play sound successfully.
please help me what is the problem is this?

hi there,

follow these steps:

open control panel,

then open sound and audio devices>

press on sound tab

scroll to window explorer,this is found under the program events

select complete navigation and start it

press apply then ok
