Hello,
I need help please. I have a pc that was infected with this and and went to microsoft on another laptop and went through the steps now...can't get the infected pc do do anything except go to the start in safe mode screen and the resatrt and go to that again. Micosoft says reload the original software and start over but have alot of photo's ans such I don't want to lose.

hi there,

you can take the hard disk and plug it in other pc as slave

then move all your data to other drive

and format the hard disk and after format you can transfer them back to it
