exe. is not a valid win 32 application what do i do??

The message "???????.exe is not a valid win32 application" indicates that the EXE file did not download completely. When Windows then tries to run what appears to be an executable file, it finds that it is not a valid Windows 32-bit application file due to the incomplete download.

We recommend that you:

Delete the file you have downloaded
Open Internet Options in the Control Panel to delete temporary internet files
Download and save the EXE file for installing
When the download completes, double click the file to begin installing
