My pendrive doent work

there
my pen drive doesnt work i put the software of USB security when i insert in my port the usb security wdialog box will appear but when i scan it it says no usb found say what is the problem plz help me detailiy .....
plz help me
in pen drive my important file n document is there

i havent got any file n document save in the pc
plz help someone

Dear Rajeev,

Please consider using another USB port. This problem should be

coming from the USB port. I will advise you to check it on another

computer. Also check manually if there's any corupted file in it.
