Hello
It's not really a technical issue. You should check your keyboard settings on Control Panel. You should go on control panel and open regional and language settings then you select languages>details. You will surely find that your language is set up to some other language; you will have to select the English one and apply the settings required as I mentioned. You will notice that you won't have any problem and I am sure this will help you out.
