system restore problem Closed

Hello,

im trying to restore my computer at an earlier point but it keeps telling me that the process wasnt successful and that i have to choose another restoration point anyone can help me please?

I'm having the same problem, as well as shutting down it says system not responding. it was working fine and aside from these 2 problems it works great. I just reloadedmy PC and I dont want to have to go through that again just yet, any help would be greatly appreciated
