Hello,
i want to format my lap,i insert installation cd provided with my lap and restart it then i press f12 to go to setup and i try to format drives but it didn't work..........my "vista ultimate"had expired and it don't allow me to access my ,my win dosn't start it give me 3 options with black background except of desktop..can any one help to solve.

hi there,

you must boot from either recovery disk or windows

installation cd/dvd

then format the drives

and follow instructions on the screen
