Hicked my Gmail password Closed

Hello,
One of my friends gmail id password is been hiked by some one ane he/she is abusing it by chating to her friends and even opening orkut and uploading unwanted pictures...They have changed her password and test question..how to delete the gmail in this situation????????

I would be recommending you to file a legal case against the 

hacker. The investigation will finally carry out to the person and 

hence your problem will be solved.
