Log in aol/password

Hello,
i have been trying to log into my facebook account at aol.
each time i enter my information it says incorrect password combination.
i have tried to reset password and it says password has been reset, e-mail sent.
i have waited days and not recieved that e-mail. PLEASE HELP.
