How to increase download?

First I have the plan of 1 GB free download/upload whose download speed was average 186 kbps.I terminated it into download/upload Unlimited plan .Its average download speed is 35kbps.So what should I do to increase my download speed.

you must install a download manager

i recommend you idm ,it will increase your download speed 10x faster
