Unable to connect Internet

Hello,
I,m Lucky From Bhopal actualy i'm using micromax q3 with Idea connection, but unable to get the gprs setting, cust.care people told to go to the aircel shop, can u people assist me to set it manually?

you must contact them to get correct setting

as all model of mobile phone and provider do not use same one
