Need sony VAIO VGN-S58GP recovery disc?

Hello,
i recently restored my sony to its original factory settings and after i updated Internet Explorer 8 it says i'm missing Normaliz.dll and iertutil.dll files and nothing in my desktop shows up. i can only manage to see task manager so i tried to download the necessary recovery disc to a CD but after i installed it and try to run it, it still says i've those files missing and couldn't run the program, so what do i do next?

then you must order it from Sony website:

https://www.sony.com/electronics/support
