You'll probably never manage to find out who did this to you. If your password hasn't been changed yet, try and log in on hotmail and change it.
If your password has been changed and you can't get it back, try to warn your friends about these e-mails. Create a new account, copy your contact list (there must be a way to do this, google may help) and you're good to go.
