Sound problem in windows 7

Hello,
i have hcl laptop p9913 pdp t2060, i have upgraded my os to windows 7 32bit, but now i am facing problem installing my audio drivers (soundmax digital audio) ,which r not compatible with this os, please tell me from where i can get windows 7 compatible audio drivers.
