I am having a problem with my keyboard and mouse, both are usb.
I have tried different keyboards etc.
If i try to start it in safe mode the computer it will do the same thing. get to the welcome screen and then i will either 1: not have power at all to the keyboard and mouse or 2: the screen will freeze prior to the welcome screen.
My keyboard and mouse obviously work fine prior to getting to this screen as i can get into safemode and select the different options available to me.

Mouse check through need to be check anthers PC Port Like USB & PS-2 Mouse Port then Check It.
