Help with downloading itunes

Hello,
i tried downloadind itunes and failed it tells me could not access network location %appdata%/. but i did download quicktime 7 .something because it said thats what i needed on apple .com. could u give me step to step process i have to do?

if you are having issues for downloading itunes

i will advise you to use a download manager

idm is good for for this as it supports resume
