Hello,
i can't format my flash memory and it is a brand new one
it ruined the folders i put it in it and i can't delete it

The are fake if there are no numbers on tip. Counterfits out of china

Did you buy this from some street vendor? There are a lot of counterfeit (ie fake) flash drives that have been programed to display a large amount of space. In fact they have very little space and just write your data over the top of the previous data blocks. I would return the drive to the place you bought it.
