Can't sync ipaq to pc

Hello,
I have a brand new HP computer with Vista on it. I can not sync my Ipaq 3850 to it. tried downloading activesync 4.5 but computer won't let me. already have Windows Mobile Device Center loaded. any help please!!! thanks Jim

Hello Jim,
I've got the same problem (Activesych can't be ionstalkled on Vista). But I still would like to synchronise outlook with the iPAQ Do you hav any suggestions?

hi jim just try to download active sync on another pc and then install it on your pc. alternatively what you can do is to desactivate your firewall or any other antivirus which may be blocking you to download it and then download the software and install it on your pc

windows mobile device centre wond connect to a device [ipaq3850] that is running pocket pc 2003. Upgrade to pocket pc2003.
