Problem regarding my email account

Although my mail account opens in mobile but it does not open in computer.I can sign in but the inbox can not be checked.I am getting problem with this.Can anyone tell me what should I do?I will be pleased if anyone gives me any idea.

hi there,

delete cookies of the browser and clear the cache

and also sign out from mobile phone

Although after doing what you suggested,my this account does not open in addition the computer does not respond any other programs as well but other's yahoomail account is opened.What to do?I am too much worried.
