Please check whether there are some add ons which are
blocking the website. Try using another browser to see
whether you have access to the account. If you can't log in
at all, please try using an online proxy.

i have a same problem too, but finaly i sovle it , just update your window defender and scan it , after that win defender scan finish will show 1 file to take action, after click take action , your facebook will run normal again
