Unable To Download Itunes

Hello,
do you have any cds with itunes 9.0 on? because iv tried about 20 times to try download itunes and none of them will work :( please write back and tell me if you can get it on disk

Getting my iTunes to work again in Windows 7 (previously working fine under Windows XP & Windows Vista). Now, when I try to start my iTunes in Windows 7 a message crops up with: 'The file 'iTunes Library.itl' cannot be read because it was created by a newer version of iTunes.'

This obviously never happened while I was using iTunes or one of our iPods in Windows XP & Windows Vista over the previous more than a decade time-period.
