Transcend pen drive not working

Hello,
My 4GB pen drive is not working,when iam plugging it is showing the drive,but while iam trying to open it is asking the please insert a disk in to drive,what was the problem.Please give a good suggestion.

Dear Binu,

Please try accessing to your pendrive by plugging

it to another USB port.

Thanks for u'r replay.l tried 6more system,showing same error(please insert a disc in to drive)
