Victim softwere counterfitint

Hello,
Hi, Everytime when i turn on my computer, there is a icon with a text says: You may be a victim of software counterveiting. And my Desktop wallpaper disappeared many times. What should I do ? Without purchasing a liscence and buying Geniune Microsoft Software? Please send me a exact answer with detailed information as soon as you can
My computer shows the message that you may be the victim of software counterfeiting and the screen becomes black. What am i suppose to do, please suggest me.
