Victim of software counterfeiting

Hello,
Anytime I switch on my PC a starlike icon appears with a message that reads "YOU MAY BE A VICTIM OF SOFTWARE COUNTERFEITING, THIS COPY OF WINDOWS DID NOT PASS GENUINE WINDOWS VALIDATION". I dont know why this apears. please help me on this.

Hye this means that that windows is not genuine! you will have to activate your windows copy!!

hi this is arvind kumar my id arvindkumar1068@yahoo.com. when i open my pc my window show victim of software counterfeitingand show the black screen. give the solution
