I cant hear voice from others...

Hello,
im using laptop acer aspire 4920 with OS windows seven. When i using smartvoip, i cannot hear voice from others, but they can hear my voice. Before this, the message calling ended due to sound device problem on your computer, but the problem was settled. Now another problem occured.
Please suggest me the way. Thanks.

you need to update or re-install the audio driver. insert the mother board disk and re-install/update the driver. if you dont have the windows 7 supported audio driver then it also dont work. try it.
