Help Ihave no wallpaper!

Hello,

please help if you can: when I go to right click on the empty area of the screen and go to prop.,
I then goo to the desktop tab and the entire tab is ghost-like in thatI cannot get any of the Backround themes to come up or even highlight! Some one told me it likely may be a missing .dll file

yes thats sure there is a dll missing because it cant be openned like that so try to repair the windows it should be ok after that
