Problems with task manager

Hello everyone.
Can anyone help me..
When i right click on the task bar the option for "task manager" has dissappeared. It's also not present if i CTRL+ALT+DEL. Actually it's not dissapeared it's just not available for selection...sort of greyed out.
I've also noticed that the option in outlook express where i can select OE as my default email client has also greyed out.

Does anyone know how i can reenable these options?

hey there,

i think that you have got some files corrupted on your windows and you should repair the windows to get things working alright.

Thanks...I've sussed it now..Seems i was stupid enough to download and install a program called pc antispy that caused problems with my system in a intentional way.
