Cannot access support without purchase

Hello,
Currently my PC is has the program, ANTIVIRUS LIVE, displaying error messages left and right showing me that all of my files are infected. My PC ran a scan last night and found nothing and then today when attempting to access the Internet I experienced network issues. Then, the alerts continued popping up. I have followed the suggested tips, however this program will not allow me to access the support center until I pay $70. I cannot go only or open any programs. PLEASE HELP! It is the demo version of this software.
