Can't install iPod touch-

Hello,
have tried to install iPod touch- the "install" stays grey - how can we fix this? i have Widows Vista so should be ok? Also, should we choose "run' or 'save" programme? have tried lots of things and still not installed!

Can't install iPod touch-
Appcake install - Download - App downloads
Dshidmini install - Download - Gaming tools
Tentacle locker install - Download - Adult games
Install microsoft store - Download - App downloads
Tentacle Locker: download for PC / Mac / Android (APK) - Download - Adult games

you need to install latest version of itunes this is compatible for vista
